SPADE ASSIST HOOKS (10pcs)
JYG PRO Spade Assist Hooks are unrigged, spade-end hooks for tying your own slow pitch jigging assists. Instead of an eye, each hook has a flattened spade at the end of the shank: the cord is wrapped down the shank and the spade locks the wraps in place, so the hook stays secure on the assist under load.
Key Features:
- Spade-End Design: The flattened end stops the wraps from sliding off the shank, giving you a secure assist without tying through an eye.
- Four Sizes: 1/0, 3/0, 4/0 and 5/0. Go 1/0 on lighter jigs, 3/0 to 4/0 on 100–200g jigs and 5/0 on heavier jigs, and keep the hook gap no wider than the jig body.
- 10 Hooks Per Pack: Enough to rig front and tail assists on several jigs and keep spares ready when a hook dulls or bends.
- Barbed Point: Keeps the fish pinned through the fight on the way up from the bottom.
Pair them with the JYG PRO 4M Assist Cord and solid rings to build assists matched to every jig in your box.
