Rod Warranty Policy

 

Thank you for choosing JYG PRO FISHING and Shore Pro Rods

 

1. Warranty Duration: All fishing rods come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase to the original owner.

2. Replacement Fee: There is a $60 replacement fee. This fee covers the cost of processing, handling, and shipping for the replacement rod.

3. Two-Piece Rods: For two-piece fishing rods, if only one piece is broken or defective, we will replace only the broken piece under warranty. The replacement fee of $60 still applies in this case.

4. Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications to the fishing rod. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.

5. How to Claim Warranty: To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue at sales@jygprofishing.com We will guide you through the process of returning the defective rod and arranging for a replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the fishing rod as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
